Title:  DRGW 2-8-8-2 #3402 - Denver & Rio Grande Western

Photo credit to Roy F. Blackburn. Location was given as Tunnel, CO. I'm assuming that it means Tunnel #1 in Colorado. Let me know if it's incorrect.
