Here are several photographs of Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotives. I purchased all of them via two eBay auctions conducted by Mr. Ivan Marianchuk on Sunday, 8 October 2023. The photographers' names, the exact dates, and the locations are provided when available.

Marianchuk. Here is a photo by Jake W. Wolf that was taken at Union Station in Washington, DC, in July of 1929. Excerpts From Caption On Reverse: "Photo of the Inaugural Run of 'The Senator,' Washington to Boston. Article written by reporter appeared in the July 28, 1929, edition of the 'Washington Evening Star.' Charles Blardone Collection." Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5401, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during January of 1927 and retired in September of 1956 after 29 years of faithful service.

Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3635 and another locomotive whose road number is not recorded. #3635 is an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during April of 1916 and retired in November of 1954 after 38 years of faithful service. In this context, they're pulling a mixed-cargo freight train in electrified territory. Note the trainphone apparatus on both tender decks.
