Shuffling along tracks in East Deering, Maine, is Canadian National 0-6-0 #7527. Built by Alco-Schenectady in June of 1919 originally as GT 801, it was renumbered GTR 1824 and later renumbered again as CNR 7527 in 1923 when it landed on the CN roster. In November of 1959, the loco was sold to Buffalo Sash Company, Buffalo NY. An unknown photographer took this photo. |

Built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in November of 1911 as Grand Trunk Pacific #401 (serial #50287, class O-20-a), it was later renumbered CN 7533 when it landed on the CN steam roster in 1920. The loco met the scrapper's torch in August of 1957, barely a year after this photo was taken by an unknown photographer. |
