| Probably the rarest Locomotive mike saw on his trip was a GP50 that was built an Extended cab. Built around the time the Caboose was falling out of favor, the Final 5 GP50's built were built with an extended cab for the crew members that would otherwise be in the caboose. However, Reducing Crew Size's made this feature useless. |
