Prophet. Here is the third of three duplicate 35mm color slides of a photos by John M. Prophet III that were taken in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on 24 July 1949. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5880 and another E-7 whose road number is not recorded. Both are EP-20's built by GM-EMD and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. #5880 was constructed in April of 1949.
