| B&O 9423 was parked at the fuel rack (I suppose) in summer 1979. Date is approximate. Note the other B&O power, one unit still in blue and one in Chessie System paint. This unit would be sent to Huntington, WV in 1986 and was in the CSX deadline in Huntington not later than 12-1986 when I saw it there, |
