| A local momentarily fouls W. 2nd St. as it prepares to set out a string of cars at the former C&NW yard at Appleton Junction, WI on 30 Dec. '18. After finishing here, train continued on to Little Chute, and Kaukauna. Train had two locomotives, EJE 703 and CN 4721. The former Appleton Wood Products Co. factory, now part of the Miller Electric facility, is partially visible between the locomotives. Built in 1916, the walls include some nice, decorative brickwork, which Miller obscured with cheap metal siding at some point after they bought it ca. 1975. |
