| Very colorful consist leading NECR train 610 on 9-19-15. Crew is on their dinner break here in Willimantic, Connecticut. Ever since several of NECRs customers closed in the past few years, it is pretty rare to see three locomotives on 610/608 in CT, due to shorter trains. These three locomotives are BPRR 3000, NECR 3845, and NECR 3040, all in different schemes. The crew is about to climb back aboard, and the EMDs will charge out of Willimantic toward Palmer, MA. ? |
