| The Ohio River Co #21 was set up to run long hood forward. This was true of many RS-1's, as I recall. This view shows the "tiger stripes (?)" of yellow or gold on a beautiful dark green background, rather like Rutland or Vermont Ry power. Notice the funnel on the short hood walkway. |
