CRIP 4300 (re-post)         
OKLAHOMA CITY OK April 1977 -- This undated photo shows Rock Island GP38-2 4300 leading a mixed freight westbound at Harter Yard. EMD delivered the 4300, named the Rock Islander, in August-September 1976. When the Rock Island shut down in 1980 it was returned to the lessor and that same year found its way to the Missouri Pacific as MP 2238. In 1987 Union Pacific took over and it became UP 2238. On Sept 5 200 it was renumbered to UP 738. It was retired Dec 22 2006 and became part of GATX Rail Locomotive Group as GMTX 2110.
