A Classic
Growing up with the Wisconsin Central, I quickly developed a soft spot for the SD45's. To still be able to see them, even without their 20 cylinder 645, is very much a blessing in todays age. Shoot em while you can, although too many people just ignore leasers, they are definately some of the neatest and oldest units still around.

Atlanta Rails General Love 45 carbodies, wish I had got to see some real 45's running but while its too late for that I still hope NS leases a few like this. 8/30/2010 9:27:16 PM
Alan Craig General I agree, Alec, with your take on the SD45's. 9/24/2010 12:47:29 AM
Curt Beal General People are crazy to ignore these leasers. I'd take an SD40 of any variety over a GE any day. 6/27/2014 10:16:10 PM
