| Assorted KCS units congregate outside the service building at Deramus Yard. On the first track are SW1500 4322, SD40 623 and SW1500 4356, while further back are GP7 4150 and MP15DC 4363. On the second track are SD40's 622, 625, 627, 626 and 624. The 622-627 had been built in June 1970 and their 15-year lease had just expired, so they were all parked here awaiting the return to their lessor. They became Soo Line 6400-6405 the following year. |
